GUESS WHAT! I got a Deviant-art in preparation for a webcomic I'm co-oping w/ Ryuu on O_o. Check it out- I'm music-fanatic. Only got some poetry up, cuz I need to think harder about pics at the moment, ehehe...

Did I mention the comic Ryuu and I started? We're both in it, lol. May make Ryuu do a prize for the first person to guess who-is-who once we start putting it on-line (muahaha...).

I dug through my bookshelf and found stuff (look in Fantasy, Manga, Misc and True Art). The next Tommy Comic has also been added O.o Check it out, Kyushu-peeps!

EDIT: Knoll sent me another pic late in the evening, "When the End Comes." I think he really likes this Lamento game...

A friend of mine dubbed "Knoll" has been added to the "Friend Art" section, and another Ryuu-pic has been added there as well. I've also been comissioned by a family friend to paint hedgehogs for her. I'll make sure to pit a pic up somewhere in True Art, along with the concept sketches.

OMG, I updated!!! I had a huge (month-and-a-half) GATE project to work on, AND I graduated 8th grade, so I put up a backlog of pics I've had for a while (in fantasy and friend-art).

SO... I finally finished another Tommy-comic (I started it in January). They're supposed to be, like, 2 to 4 pages each... this one's 8, hence the delay. The only reason it's done is because I finished my CST tests early in school a couple of days ago and needed to do them...

Holy crap! I just finished creating all of the pages today, I had so much stuff I only scanned and cropped yesterday... It's up now :).

WHOOOT!!! I got a kick-butt scanner! It rocks! I got it yesterday and installed and hooked it up all by myself *purrs triumphantly*. Now, I can scan in color, and I'm going to spend pretty much all my spare time today scanning and putting up some of my older stuff.

Also, check out the new art and the new art section. I delved into the depths of my old art folder, so if you see something and think "Huh, she has stuff better than that," it's probably an older one.

So, I mentioned below that the scanner died, so, instead of updating, I'll tell you what I'm working on. Brilliant, no? Anyway, my friend got me into making little dolls on this site. This gave me the idea to make our own little paper dolls, so that we were never limited by what was available on the site. I'm doodling some bodies, and, once we find one that we like, we'll make paper dolls and pretty dresses. I think the whole point of the dolls will be to design beautiful dresses.

Whaaaaaaaah, my scanner finally died... this is short-term bad (I have no way to get my images into the pc) but long-term it means that I go from a broken 600x1200 32-bit color scanner to a (hopefully *makes puppy-dog faces at parents*) 2400x4800 48-bit one- better resolution and color. Wait- She had a color scanner to begin with? I got what I paid for with my scanner (and I got it for free from a friend...). It added green and yellow stripes everywhere when I tried to scan in color, so I had to scan in gray-scale. Even then, it would leave gray bars on the very sides.

In short, the huge crap-scanner finally died, I can go get a nifty, sleek, stylish uber-cool BRAND NEW one. This means a) my pics will be of higher quality, b) I can scan color works, meaning my watercolors and pastels and such, and c) I've got more room on the computer desk, making everyone happy.

Added "Turtle Attack" to the Comics section. It's an older one but... I like it.

Happy birthday, Dad! Anyway, another Kyushu comic has been added to the rapidly increasing repertoire of the little doodles. Geesh, you'd think I actually WROTE on the ship...

I added another Tommy comic to the gallery, and I fixed the alignment on all of the image pages to make it look better.

I put up the first comic! Whoo! Also, I added a favicon to the site, so the bar at the to of your explorer SHOULD have a little blue "B" on a grey background (sometimes it takes a while to start working...).

Can anyone guess what I changed? No... well, it wasn't that obvious... I re-did the background for the menu bar and the actual background and saved them with a higher quality than the original. Now they don't have the funny little grainy-ness near the edges.

Egads, tomorrow is 2007! I'm going to have to start signing with an 07 instead! That'll screw me up for the longest time... Anyway, I've finally put up the manga and the misc sections (with some luverly doodles of prince-high-lordy Phoenix the tomcat) and added Lady Jane to the slowly growing gallery of Queensrÿche pics (I'm NOT obsessive... well, maybe a little...).
